※Except for the concerts cancelled due to force majeure, there will be no refund of tickets once purchased. Please kindly consider your body condition before purchasing your ticket.

 

●You cannot select the seat number on the first day of the ticket sales at Lawson. Seat numbers can be selected from 0:00 midnight the next day.

●Sakkyo member discount is not available at Ticket Pia. (Please go to Doshin Playguide, Community Plaza Ticket Center and Lawson Tickets if you are the Sakkyo member and would like to purchase your ticket with a discount.

●If you have your body temperature above 37.5 Celsius, your entrance will be prohibited. Tear off your ticket by yourself upon entering the hall.

●Kindly refrain from talking in the hall and foyer.

●Write in your name and contacting information when you purchase your ticket. Your information may be handed over to the health authorities if needed.

●This concert will take place in normal and free seating pattern, that is without any open seat between the guests.

●Please follow staff instruction when exiting the hall. We cannot accept any presents to the artists, and no waiting is allowed at the artist entrance.
