The angle of the camera must be fixed throughout the performance. ・Image on the video must cover the applicant’s body, from knee to head. The whole instrument, face of the applicant and both right and left hands must be recorded. ・For the orchestra excerpt, the applicant may sit or stand while playing but needs to follow the above condition. ・The music and movement of hands must be simultaneous, and if not, may be rejected for further judgement. |

Consent of Handling Personal Information also needs to be downloaded from the pdf at the bottom of this page, write in your signature and send it together with your application form to the address noted in 6 by a registered post.
