- A set of 3 tickets will be posted to your address registered on the web.
- If your set includes subscription concert, please select either Saturday or Sunday.
- Preschoolers cannot attend the concerts.
- Ticket fee includes consumption tax.
- No cancellation is accepted due to purchaser cause after payment.
- Seats are A area. Kindly understand you cannot select your seat.

| How to select | Select 3 concerts that you like from Sapporo Symphony Orchestra sponsored concerts; Subscription, hitaru and Masterpiece. Kindly understand that you cannot select the seat, and all the three tickets be A or B area. ・One ticket per concert. You cannot select more than one concert a day. ・Select either Saturday or Sunday for Subscription Concert in Kitara, days with the same program. ・In case you apply for tickets after sale started and all the ticket being sold out for the concert you intended to purchase, you have a right to select other concerts. ・If you would like to come to the concerts with your friends or with your family members, kindly purchase the number of accompanying people and make a notice that you would like to be together. | How can I receive the ticket that I ordered | Your tickets are to be sent to your registered address, 1 or 2 weeks before the very first concert you applied. You can arrange to send the tickets other than your registered address; maybe a present to someone. All 3 concerts tickets are to be sent all together to one address. |
