※Our Chief Conductor, Maestro Matthias Bamert, is unable to be with us for this concert due toCOVID-19 testing required upon his entrance to Japan. Instead of Mo. Bamert, Mo. Masahiko Enkouji will be conducting this program. （Announcement on August 1：Change of the conductor）

【Ticket Information】

Advance ticket sales of this program is sold out. Additional tickets, which include seats with poor view will be on sale on the day of the concert.

Kindly understand that seats with poor view include seats with poor view of the screen.

Thursday, National Holiday, August 11 from 10am for 11am program and 2pm for 3pm program (One hour before the concert starts)

・Adult 2,500 yen, Child (Junior High or Younger）1,000 yen, Ticket for adult with a child (for 0 to 3 years old) on lap 3,000 yen

30 Tickets are to be available for both 11am and 3pm Programs.

※Special Booklet present ( 1 booklet for each seat)

※Only cash is accepted on the day of the concert. Kindly cooperate in writing in your name and contacting information on the back of your purchased ticket.

※Seats are to be assigned as normal seating, that is without spacing between each guest.

※If you already purchased an adult ticket and wish to change to “Ticket for adult with a child,” you can do so by paying an additional fee.

※You need to purchase ticket for entrance. If a child below 3 years old wishes to occupy one seat, he/she cannot enter without a ticket.

※Please cooperate in body temperature measurements, wearing face masks and refrain from talking loud in the hall. Those who show body temperature of above 37.5 celsius cannot enter the hall. Face masks are requested for all the guests except for babies and toddlers.

※Your name and contacting information may be handed over the health authorities in case the incident occurs.

※Eating inside the Kitara Hall is prohibited. Drinking is allowed in the foyer only.

※Cloak service, cafe and water fountains are not available.

※Stroller parking space, diaper changing room and milking room are available inside Kitara. Ask staff for further assistance.
