There has been an announcement by Japanese Government and local authorities to lift restrictions of seating limitation as of September 19, if the sponsoring organization takes every action for prevention of COVID-19.

Following the guidelines set by The Association of Public Theaters ad Halls and Sapporo Concert Hall Kitara, together with advice from medical professions, Sapporo Symphony Orchestra will arrange a new seating plan, taking every action against COVID-19.

Seating plans for Subscription Concerts in November and after will not be restricted nor having both seats open. Guests who have already purchased tickets can seat on the original seats printed on the tickets.

There will be additional ticket sales for the following subscription.

Sapporo Symphony Orchestra will avoid any confusion regarding seating restriction. We thank you for your understandings.

【Refund Policy】

If you are worried on your health condition, or from any other reason and cannot attend the concert, we will refund your ticket. Please make your request before the concert date.

If you are unable to visit our office, we accept your ticket refund by receiving your ticket by post. There will be no refund at ticket offices.

Please send your ticket by Letter Pack Light or registered mail.

●With your ticket, please enclose your memo with refund bank information.
