【Immediate Release - updated Feb. 23】【Ticket and Lobby Concert Information】659th Subscription Concert on Feb. 24 and 25

Saturday, February 24 from 5pm and Sunday, February 25 from 1pm

659th Subscription Concert in Sapporo Concert Hall Kitara will present Elgar/Chanson de nuit, and Cello Concerto with Mo. Yukio Fujioka and Mr. Michiaki Ueno, cello.

【Ticket Information】

■On the day of the concert(at Sapporo Concert Hall Kitara Box Office)

from 1 hour before start of each concert

SS 7,000 yen, S 6,000 yen, A5,000 yen, B 4,500 yen, C 3,500 yen, U25(B,C) 1,500 yen, Smile Reserved 2,000 yen; 100 tickets for each day

※Tickets on the concert day can be purchased only by those who agree in change of appearing artist and program. Tickets are on sale with 50% discount. Change in program (announced on Feb. 23):here



※U25 is for those who were born on 1998 or after. Needs to show the birth certificate.

※Smile Seat:Smile area in P Block (row 8 and above) only; reserved seating on the day of the concert and cannot select the seat. (cash only)

※No reservation is acceptable for tickets to be purchased on the day of the concert.

※If you attend our Saturday Concert and coming back on Sunday, there is “Repeat Arigato Discount” which you can purchase Sunday ticket with 1,000 yen discount. There is also "Happy Late Discount” that is you can attend the hall with 50% discount if you are entering during the intermission.

※Sapporo Symphony Orchestra accepts credit cards and e-money (digital cash) payments. Only cash is accepted for a Smile Seat. <credit cards and digital e-money cards that can be used>


■※Lawson Tickets will be handling tickets until the start of concert. (All seats except Smile seats; Some seat block may be sold out.)


≪Tickets on sale before the day of the concert≫

• Kitara Ticket Center, Doshin Playguide, Citizen Community Plaza Ticket Center and Ticket PIA handle tickets until Thursday, January 25. (Tickets at SEICOMART are closed.)

• Some seat blocks might be sold out as each ticket office handles different ticket blocks.

 

【Personal Announcement】

・Maki Tsuruno, associate trumpet (joined the orchestra in 2018) will be resigning the orchestra as of March 31, 2024 and this will be her last appearance in our subscription concert.

・Akira Takai, our personal manager will be retiring as of March 31, 2024. He has been with us as the oboist since August 1982, and has been our personal manager from 2011.


【Lobby Concert】

■From 4:20pm on Saturday, Feb. 24/from 12:20 on Sunday, Feb. 25 at 1st floor foyer in Sapporo Concert Hall Kitara Large Hall

Please enjoy our lobby concert at foyer before the subscription concert.

Appearing members:Yoshiaki Fukuda, Maki Tsuruta, Shohei Kobayashi and Makoto Sato, trumpets; Hitomi Tsuchiya, horn; Yusuke Yamashita, Kotaro Nakano, Toru Tanaka, Yusuke Sawayama, trombones, and Ryoichi Tamaki, tuba.
