Free Entrance／Needs prior application by a return postcard (must arrive by Friday, May 30)

●How to apply：Prior application by a return postcard (one application per person)
●Conditions：Applicant must have a residency in City of Abashiri (address on the postcard must be within City of Abashiri)
　Procedure can be found atSpecial website (Japanese only)
●If number of the application exceeds hall capacity, there will be a lottery and the result will be notified by a return post sent out in June, 2025.
●Please keep your return post as it will be needed to enter the concert (There will be no reprinting).
●Preschoolers cannot enter this concert.
※Two people can apply by one return postcard. One application per person only.
※If there is any mistake or miswriting in the return postcard, it will be taken as invalid entry.
※The result will be sent back to you in June and July. Please bring your postcard to the hall on the day of the concert.
