Apply by a return postcard with your name, and name of one accompanying person, both with FURIGANA, age, address and telephone number. Please check the following website for more details.

※One person can apply for once only (one return postcard). If application is made for multiple times, the application will be invalid.

※Application by telephone, facsimile or email is not acceptable.
※Preschoolers cannot attend this concert.
