【Result notification】
※If the application number exceeds the number of seats available, invitation will be sent out by a postcard after the draw.
※The postcard will be sent out in end of September.
※Tanaka Medical Group and Sapporo Symphony Orchestra cannot respond to any inquiry about the invitation.
