【Ticket Sale on the day of the concert】

■At Ticket Booth

Ticket Sales will start on Sunday, August 15 Morning Concert from 10am and Afternoon Concert from 1:30pm

 ・Adult 2,000 yen, Junior High or younger 1,000 yen, Ticket for adult with a child on lap 2,500 yen, A child on lap (for 0 to 3 years old) 500 yen

※Only cash is accepted. Kindly write in contacting information on the back of your ticket.

※There will be no open seat between seats in the hall.

※If you have an adult ticket, you can purchase additional “A child on the lap” ticket. (Only one “A child on the lap” ticket can be purchased per one adult ticket.)

※Ticket is essential to enter the hall. If a child sits alone on one seat, please purchase a child ticket.

【Prevention and against COVID-19】

Concerts are held following guidelines against COVID-19 prevention for classic concerts. Please kindly read and confirm the contents of the following site.

●Those who have body temperature above 37.5 Celsius cannot enter the hall. Kindly cooperate in ticket taking at the entrance.

●Face mask is essential at all times (babies and infants are exceptional). Kindly cooperate in body temperature measurements and disinfection of fingers and hands.

●Please register your name and contacting information when you purchase tickets at the ticket offices. Your personal information is utilized only for COVID-19 Prevention measures, and may be handed over to health authorities if such case arises.

●In order to avoid congestion, please follow staff instruction when you exit from the hall. Do not shout while you are in the hall. Waiting before and after the concert to meet the appearing artists is not permitted. We cannot also pass over presents to the artists.

●Bring your water bottle, or purchase at the vending machine inside the entrance hall. (Please refrain from eating or drinking inside the hall.)

●There is no cloak service, café or water fountain.

●There are buggy parking lot, diapers change and nursing room available.

●There are no shops in the hall.

※If you have any concern in your health condition and unable to come to the hall, there is a refund system (request of refund is accepted before the concert date).

※We may request to retire from the hall if you refuse to follow staff instructions. Sapporo Symphony Orchestra and the hall will not take any responsibility against accidents or any unforeseen actions taken by the guests not following staff instructions. ≪Precautions≫
