In order to prevent 2019 Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) and influenza infection, Sapporo Symphony Orchestra would like to ask your kind consideration and cooperation on the following matters.

■If you have any symptoms such as fever, cough or body ache, make a contact to the call center and visit the designated medical profession before coming to the concert.

■When you cough or sneeze, cover your mouth and nose with a handkerchief or tissue paper. Have your face mask ready when you have any coughing or sneezing symptoms.

■Gargling and hand washing are efficient.

■Disinfectant is available in the hall.

■Our staff may wear a face mask for prevention purposes.

■If you were not feeling well on the day of the concert that you wished to attend, please follow instructions made public by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
